Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tile Installer and Remodeler, where you will bring innovative design ideas to life by installing, repairing, and remodeling tile and flooring surfaces across residential and commercial spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and expertise in construction and renovation projects. You will be instrumental in transforming spaces with quality tile work, flooring installation, and comprehensive remodeling services that exceed client expectations. Your skills will help create beautiful, functional environments that stand the test of time. Responsibilities Measure, cut, lay, and grout tiles with precision to ensure a flawless finish on floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or primers for optimal tile adhesion Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to accurately execute remodeling projects Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tile cutting, demolition, installation, and finishing work Perform flooring installation including materials such as ceramic, porcelain, stone tiles, or other specified surfaces Assist with water damage restoration projects by removing damaged materials and installing new flooring or tile as part of the repair process Complete fixture installation, trim carpentry, caulking, and cabinet installation to enhance overall project quality Maintain a clean work environment by performing floor care and buffing to ensure surfaces are pristine upon project completion Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project planning to meet deadlines and budget expectations Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, tile laying, flooring installation, and remodeling projects Hands-on experience with hand tools such as tile cutters, trowels, chisels, caulking guns, and power tools including drills and saws Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to work efficiently on various job sites Familiarity with schematics, construction painting techniques, concrete finishing, fixture installation, and restoration industry standards Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise implementation of project plans Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly during remodeling or restoration projects Valid experience in water damage restoration or related industries is a plus Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members throughout each phase of the project Join us in creating stunning spaces through expert craftsmanship!
