Job Description

Preparation, layout and installation of carpet and carpet pad, and snap lock flooring in accordance with required specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform the required procedures of preparation, layout and installation of carpet & carpet pad in the home. Understanding of blue prints, production orders and the ability to layout and build product accurately from them. Must be able to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and other equipment as required by the specific job. Install heat registers and cover carpet with plastic. Install door stops, wall type, and hinge mount. Verify concept quotes and specifications for snaplock flooring. Remove wall vents, floor register, and vent plugs to return to box. Remove patio door side jambs, and label Left and Right. Scrape entire floor and sweep.
