In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring flawless finishes that meet high-quality standards. THIS IS A 1099 SUB-CONTRACTED POSITION

Duties Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings Mix and apply epoxy resins accurately following project specifications and schematics Use hand tools and power tools to install flooring components, including tile laying, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project requirements and ensure precise installation Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and water damage restoration to maintain high standards of finish quality Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation, epoxy application, or related construction fields with a focus on floors Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and floor care techniques Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for precise installation and finishing work Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols and industry standards Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for project execution Join our team to bring innovative flooring solutions to life!
