Daily duties include:
- Ensuring all materials, tools, and hardware are loaded daily.
- Staging and carrying materials to the appropriate locations within client homes.
- Performing demolition, removal, and patching to prepare for new installations.
- Reading design drawings to build out closet systems.
- Problem-solving and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Thoroughly cleaning the site and disposing of old materials post-installation.
Qualifications:
- Reliable with a strong "can-do" attitude and high attention to detail.
- Proven carpentry skills, specifically in crown and trim installation.
- Construction industry experience and mechanical aptitude.
- Customer service oriented and very handy.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, navigate stairs, and work while kneeling.
- Valid NJ driver's license.
