Job Description Floor / Carpet Technician Schedule - Part time, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Floor / Carpet Technician. As a member of the housekeeping department, you are responsible for the daily cleaning of floors and other periodic cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Performs daily cleaning of hard surface floors and carpeted floors in corridors and in other assigned areas following an established schedule and using prescribed methods as outline on work schedule Removes trash, recycling and other items from areas and transport it to the correct location Assists in the cleaning of emergency spills that are observed or requested. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Learn and apply new skills and techniques related to flooring and carpet installation

Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement for the right candidate.
