This is a hands-on leadership position — you'll be installing flooring alongside your crew while also directing, mentoring, and ensuring quality standards are met on every job site. Key Responsibilities Install LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), Laminate, Hardwood, and Tile flooring across residential and/or commercial projects Perform subfloor inspections, repairs, and preparation including patching, leveling, and moisture barrier installation Use self-leveling compounds and floor leveling systems to ensure proper substrate conditions before installation Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 installers on daily job sites Assign tasks, manage workflow, and ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope Conduct quality checks throughout and at the end of each project Communicate job progress, material needs, and any issues to the project manager or owner Ensure all crew members follow safety protocols and company standards Load and unload materials, manage on-site inventory, and maintain tools and equipment

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of flooring installation experience Proficiency in at least three of the four flooring types: LVP, Laminate, Hardwood, and Tile Strong knowledge of subfloor repair and leveling techniques Prior experience supervising or leading an installation crew Ability to read floor plans and measure accurately Must be punctual, reliable, and professional on job sites Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
