$20.00 per Hour Full-Time Position Days & Times May Vary Are you a hands-on leader with floor care expertise and a passion for quality service? Join our team as a Floor Care Technician Supervisor and help ensure exceptional floor maintenance standards while leading and developing a high-performing crew. What You'll Do As a Floor Care Technician Supervisor, you will oversee floor care operations and ensure all floor surfaces are maintained according to contract standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and lead floor care crews to achieve outstanding results ✔ Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching, recognition, and corrective guidance ✔ Monitor employee schedules, timekeeping, and approve timesheets ✔ Communicate effectively with management and customers regarding operational concerns ✔ Ensure all floor care and custodial services meet contract requirements and timelines ✔ Coordinate and participate in training programs related to floor care techniques, safety practices, and SDS compliance ✔ Promote teamwork, accountability, and employee development ✔ Perform special assignments as directed Qualifications Education ✅ High School Diploma or GED Experience ✅ Minimum of three (3) years of custodial experience ✅ At least one (1) year in a supervisory role License ✅ Valid Driver's License Required Background Screening Requirements Applicants must successfully pass: ✅ General Background Check ✅ Driving Record (MVR) Review ✅ Office of Inspector General (OIG) / CMMS Exclusions Screening ✅ Office of Personnel Management (OPM) / Federal Investigative Services Security Clearance Screening Knowledge, Skills & Abilities ✔ Knowledge of custodial operations with strong emphasis on floor care ✔ Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔ Exceptional attention to detail ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service ✔ Ability to pass required background screenings Why Join Our Team?
