Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Floor Installer to join our team. The Floor Installer will be responsible for preparing, measuring, cutting, and installing a variety of flooring materials in residential settings. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with flooring installation, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time. Key Responsibilities Measure and prepare surfaces for flooring installation. Install flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Cut, fit, and align flooring materials with precision. Apply adhesives, grout, or sealants as needed for proper installation. Operate hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment safely and effectively. Inspect finished work to ensure alignment, smoothness, and overall quality. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site. Communicate with supervisors, and team members to ensure satisfaction and timely completion. Qualifications Proven experience as a Floor Installer or in a similar trade. Knowledge of different flooring materials, techniques, and tools. Ability to read and interpret measurements, layouts, and instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Good problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with residential flooring projects. Driver's license and reliable transportation.
