In this role, you will leverage your construction and installation skills to deliver high-quality flooring projects, including tile laying, carpet installation, and floor care. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets precise specifications, adheres to safety standards, and exceeds client expectations. Duties Install various flooring materials such as tile, carpet, laminate, and hardwood with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and floor plans to ensure accurate project execution Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary treatments for optimal flooring adhesion Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, measuring, and securing flooring components Perform floor care tasks including buffing, sealing, caulking, and water damage restoration to maintain quality standards Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, trim carpentry, cabinetry, and other related components Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality control throughout the installation process Requirements Proven experience in flooring installation, tile laying, or related construction fields with a strong understanding of construction estimating processes Hands-on experience working on construction sites with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in flooring and carpentry work Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and floor care techniques Ability to perform detailed craftsmanship such as caulking, fixture installation, cabinet setup, and concrete finishing Knowledge of construction painting, remodeling techniques, and handyman skills is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to follow schematics accurately and work collaboratively in team environments Join us as a Flooring Specialist where your skills will directly contribute to creating beautiful, durable floors that transform spaces.
