Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Garage Floor Epoxy Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing epoxy coatings on garage floors to deliver durable, high-quality surfaces that enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Your expertise will help transform ordinary garages into sleek, resilient spaces, ensuring customer satisfaction through precision and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and contribute to the restoration and improvement of residential and commercial properties. Duties Prepare garage floors by cleaning, grinding, and repairing surfaces to ensure optimal epoxy adhesion Mix and apply epoxy coatings with precision using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions for proper application techniques Install additional flooring components such as trim, caulking, or fixtures to complete the finished look Perform surface finishing tasks including buffing, polishing, and water damage restoration as needed Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope and materials required for each job Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety protocols Experience Proven experience in flooring installation, epoxy application or related construction fields Strong background in construction site work with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Hands-on experience with tile laying, concrete finishing, carpentry, or remodeling projects Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and floor care practices Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, saws, grinders, buffing machines, and power tools Familiarity with the restoration industry or handyman services is a plus Prior experience with fixture installation, cabinetry work or construction painting enhances your candidacy Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to deliver top-tier epoxy flooring solutions!
