Project Manager Schedule:

Morning or afternoon shifts based on business needs. Primarily Monday-Friday, with some weekend availability required. We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and reliable Floor Technician / Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, leading by example, and managing projects efficiently from start to finish. If you know floors, understand professional cleaning standards, and can handle responsibility, this is a strong opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Stripping and waxing floors Buffing and burnishing floors Floor scrubbing and maintenance Carpet bonnet cleaning and extraction Post-construction cleaning Kitchen deep cleaning Power washing Window cleaning Managing job sites and ensuring work is completed to company standards Training/supporting crew members when needed Additional cleaning and restoration tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial floor care and professional cleaning required Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently Reliable transportation and punctuality Physical ability to lift equipment and perform demanding tasks Positive attitude and professional communication skills References required In-person trial required before hiring

Compensation:

Pay will be determined based on experience, skill level, references, and trial performance. Top performers will be compensated accordingly.
