What You'll Do Assist in installing high-performance concrete coating systems Grind and prepare concrete surfaces Help with crack repair and surface patching Mix and apply coating materials under supervision Broadcast flake and assist with topcoat application Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety procedures and company standards Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and correctly What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Basic experience with hand tools or construction work preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Reliable transportation Team-oriented mindset Positive attitude and coachability Why Join Garage Tech Paid Training
