• Experienced Concrete Coating Installer Are you an experienced concrete coating installer looking to take your skills to the next level?

Garage Tech is looking for driven professionals with at least one year of hands-on experience in concrete coatings, epoxy, or polyurea systems. If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Install high-performance concrete coating systems including polyurea, epoxy, and polyaspartic coatings Perform surface preparation such as grinding, crack repair, and proper substrate evaluation Mix and apply base coats, broadcast flake, and install topcoats with precision Ensure proper coverage rates, adhesion, and system integrity Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and at a high level of quality Assist in training entry-level technicians as you grow into a leadership role What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, or similar trade Strong understanding of surface prep and coating application techniques High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments Reliable transportation to job sites Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Motivated to grow and advance within the company Why Join Garage Tech?
