Job Description
Job Summary Home Overhaul is an award-winning interior design and home remodeling company that is now looking to add team members with varying degrees of expertise to join our team. Pay rates can and would be increased with higher levels of experience and skill. We are looking for several candidates that range from some experience in general contractor work and home remodeling to skilled craftsmen. Tasks would include framing, drywalling, flooring installation, tile work, basic plumbing, basic electrical, cabinetry installation and painting. On the job training in skills that are not yet proficient would be provided. Whomever is hired would absolutely be expected to be drug free, trustworthy, reliable, punctual and interact with team members and clients in a professional manner which includes a clean-cut appearance. Your own reliable transportation and basic tools will be required If you like to build things and get a sense of pleasure from an amazing before & after transformation, then I think you'd be a very welcome addition to our team. Coordinate with co-workers and supervisors to understand the scope of the project and each daily task. Assist co-workers with performing basic carpentry, demo, drywall installation, flooring, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, fixture installation, painting, plastering, tile laying, cabinet installation, door hanging, caulking, trim carpentry, and restoration work. Strong ability to communicate in a professional manner with co-workers and customers Utilize internal technology for project management. Qualifications Experienced contractor/home remodeler Proficiency with power tools and hand tools. Strong leadership skills. Attention to detail. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times. Professional appearance and conduct Excellent communication skills
