MVP Walk-In Tub and Shower Bath Remodeling Helper Description:

MVP Walk-In Tub and Shower specializes in walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and complete bathroom remodels. We are looking for someone who wants to grow their remodeling skills and grow with our company. Currently looking for one additional motivated helper to execute walk-in tub and shower renovations in Dayton and Cincinnati. We want to grow this business together!

Daily Routine:

Pick up all required materials at our Dayton, OH warehouse. Sometimes you can grab these the afternoon before. Arrive promptly at customer's home, make pleasant professional small talk, pet the dog. Off to work! Follow our MVP installation checklist over the course of two days including: neatly demo and remove current bath or shower, adapting to any unforeseen obstacles, confirming all choices with customer, installation of shower or tub system with quality checks along the way, cleaning work site, leaving it better than we found it. Collect final customer approval of work, payment, and signatures. Dispose of demo materials. Get paid! Good times.

Requirements:

Willingness to take two days to complete standard walk-in shower projects, with quality checks along the way, to achieve the high standard of work our clientele expects A strong premium placed on proven ability to be reliable, punctual, and organized 1+ year of remodeling experience preferred, but not required
