SHOWER AND TUB INSTALLER DESCRIPTION

Pay:

$1,200 - $1,800 average per 2- day project, paid at successful completion of job! Description MVP Walk-In Tubs and Shower specializes in walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and complete bathroom remodels. Currently looking for one additional motivated installer to execute walk-in tub and shower renovations in Dayton and Cincinnati. We want to grow this business together! You MUST have experience with solid surface or tile installation and minor plumbing. Drywall, flooring, and electrical experience is a PLUS!

Good Stuff First:

We are looking for a lead installer to grow with our company - ensuring the highest standard of work and customer satisfaction. $1,200 - $1,800 per 2-day project. We insist on two-day installs for all projects to ensure perfect quality and happy customers. YOU will be driving a brand new custom van (provided by us). All gas expenses are also covered by us. A check in your hand after successful completion of project and customer has made final payment. Daily Routine:

Pick up all required materials at our Dayton, OH warehouse. Sometimes you can grab these the afternoon before. Arrive promptly at customer's home, make pleasant professional small talk, pet the dog. Off to work! Follow our MVP installation checklist over the course of two days including: neatly demo and remove current bath or shower, adapting to any unforeseen obstacles, confirming all choices with customer, installation of shower or tub system with quality checks along the way, cleaning work site, leaving it better than we found it. Collect final customer approval of work, payment, and signatures. Dispose of demo materials. Get paid! Good times.

Requirements:

Shower renovation experience preferred - but will consider those with strong remodeling experience Willingness to take two days to complete standard walk-in shower projects, with quality checks along the way, to achieve the high standard of work our clientele expects Access to a reliable helper Familiar with basic plumbing and light electrical work YOU should have: Your own tools, Ability to provide proof of General Liability Insurance (or have ability to obtain it), Ability to pleasantly and professionally communicate with customers, Ability to provide background check (we can run if unavailable) A strong premium placed on proven ability to be reliable, punctual, and organized You MUST have experience with solid surface or tile installation and minor plumbing. Drywall, flooring, and electrical experience is a PLUS!
