Job Description

Shoregate Towers, under new management by Dynasty Properties is looking to expand the properties staff with a permanent flooring installer/Maintenance man. We are a family owned company that offers our team a comprehensive benefits packs after 90 days along with paid holidays. Maintenance/Flooring Tech responsibilities:
1. Must work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday. 2. Must have a valid drivers license. 3. Must pass a criminal background check. 4. Must have vinyl plank flooring installation experience 5. Must have reliable transportation to get two and from work. 6. All tools provided for the flooring installs.
