Job Description

Job Summary:
Copperhead Coatings is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our installation team. This position involves applying high-performance concrete coatings and requires both attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Install high-performance concrete coatings Interact professionally with customers Use the CompanyCam app to document projects Maintain clean and safe job sites Operate grinders, vacuums, and other installation tools Load, organize, and maintain trailers
Qualifications:
Comfortable working with standard units of measurement (feet, inches, gallons, etc.) Able to lift 50 lbs and manage a physical workload Able to stand or kneel on hard surfaces for extended periods Self-motivated and punctual Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license Reliable transportation
