Needed:
Floor Technicians. 15-35+ hours/week. Must have Valid Driver's License and clean driving record for the past 12 months. Starting pay depends on attitude and experience--usually around $14.

The Floor Technician will be cross-trained on all services including but not limited to: Stripping and Waxing Floors, Cleaning Carpet, Cleaning Windows, Buffing Floors, Scrubbing Floors, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Construction Cleanup, and much more.
All Team Members must:
  • Have 2 years experience as a floor technician
  • Be willing to learn with a Positive attitude
  • Be 21+ years old
  • Be able to pass a state and federal background check
  • Be honest AND dependable with a good work ethic
  • Able to follow directions as laid out
  • Have a valid driver's license with NO suspensions or DUIs in the last 24 months.
  • Have a reliable vehicle w/ insurance
  • Able to work a
Flexible Schedule:
DAYS, EVENINGS, and/or
WEEKENDS
  • Climb a ladder safely.
  • Listen to and follow customers' directions
  • Work long hours, sometimes outside, AND overtime during busy times.
  • Take directions over the phone
  • Have a smart phone to download a schedule app.
