Job Description

Stout's Discount Carpet is rapidly expanding! We have been in business over 50 years and counting strong. We are looking for subcontractors that install both carpet and luxury vinyl plank (lvp).
How it works:
Stouts never collectd a penny from you for installation Our average installer makes full time $100,000.00-$200,000.00/year in revenue We do not provide tools. transportation (vans), insurance, etc. You will be a subcontractor on the job, with your own business You will keep all the installation charge amounts-customer pays you directly after the job We have specific price sheets with amounts charged for specific services such as labor subtotal, tearout, furniture, steps, trim, travel, appliances, etc. Materials needed (subfloor, trim, etc) are charged at your discretion We offer free measurements for everyone. You will do a free measurement, go bid the job, and if you get the job keep every penny of the installation What is required: Minimum 10 year experience for carpeting AND luxury vinyl planking At least 2 good references for us to call with previous installation experience Fluent in English and can communicate without a translator Your own van for transporting carpet and luxury vinyl planking A minimum of $500,000.00 in liability insurance A w-2 that identifies your business Basic professionalism and "clean cut" Basic understanding of sending electronic estimates and using apps for scheduling Providing as close to 100% if not 100% customer satisfaction A great attitude, willing to work in tough situations and respect us as we respect you What is recommended: A helper or helpers for carrying in heavy carpeting and luxury vinyl planking $1,000,000 in liability insurance 3 or more references for flooring installation Excellent skills in submitting electronic invoices Excellent communication on the phone and in person Organization for estimates and job facilitating
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
