Overview Budget Floor Coatings is hiring full-time and part-time laborers to assist with residential garage, basement, and patio floor coating installations. Responsibilities Assist with surface preparation including cleaning, grinding, and sanding to ensure optimal adhesion of floor coatings Mix and apply various types of floor coatings, sealants, and related materials following project specifications Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Reliable and on time Comfortable with physical labor moving at a brisk pace Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not required Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction safety practices Strong work ethic with the motivation to develop skills in flooring installation and restoration industries Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor throughout the workday Schedule Monday through Saturday Typical start time: 7:00 AM Overtime opportunities available Year-round work Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position. Applicants should be comfortable lifting 50+ pounds, working on their feet all day, and working in a fast-paced construction environment.
