Lead Floor Coating Installer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Floor Coating Installer to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading residential floor coating installations from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship, jobsite efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will also guide and support team members in proper installation techniques while maintaining production standards and safety compliance. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and is ready to take ownership of full projects. Responsibilities Lead residential floor coating projects from prep through final topcoat Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, repairing, and profiling concrete for proper adhesion Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurethane, and specialty coatings with precision Operate professional equipment including grinders (Lavina, Husqvarna, etc.), vacuums, and application tools Oversee and assist crew members to ensure proper technique and workflow Maintain consistent quality standards and minimize callbacks or warranty issues Communicate job progress and issues with management as needed Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in a clean, organized manner

Required:

1+ year experience in concrete coatings, epoxy, or polyaspartic flooring systems Experience operating concrete grinding and surface prep equipment Experience leading or mentoring crew members on job sites Join Us Join a team focused on delivering high-end craftsmanship in residential concrete flooring systems.
