Job Description
Bath Works Bath Works is growing and looking for experienced bathroom installers who are already familiar with BCI Acrylic bath and shower systems . We are only looking for skilled installers with proven experience in bathroom remodeling and acrylic wet-area installations. This is not a training position. We need installers who can walk into a job, understand the scope, protect the home, complete the installation professionally, and deliver a clean finished product. We provide the jobs. You install. No selling required. Bath Works provides consistent bathroom remodeling projects, including tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, bathtub replacements, walk-in showers, wall systems, pans, doors, fixtures, accessories, and safety upgrades. What You'll Do Install BCI Acrylic bath and shower systems Complete tub-to-shower conversions and shower replacement projects Install acrylic wall systems, shower bases, tubs, trim, fixtures, grab bars, seats, shelves, and accessories Perform basic plumbing adjustments related to bathroom installations Demo existing tubs, showers, tile walls, surrounds, and fixtures Properly waterproof, seal, caulk, and finish each installation Protect the customer's home before, during, and after the job Maintain a clean, professional jobsite Communicate professionally with customers and the Bath Works team Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship What We Provide Consistent company-provided jobs No lead generation No selling Materials provided for approved jobs Organized job schedule Professional support from the Bath Works team Opportunity for steady work with a growing bathroom remodeling company Requirements Must have experience installing BCI Acrylic products Must have bathroom remodeling experience Must have experience with acrylic bath and shower systems Must be able to complete wet-area remodels professionally from demo to finish Must have reliable transportation Must have your own tools Must be able to work independently and stay on schedule Must be clean, professional, and customer-focused Must have strong attention to detail Must be able to lift, carry, demo, install, and work in residential bathrooms Valid driver's license required Insurance preferred Experience Required BCI Acrylic installation experience required Bathroom remodeling experience required Acrylic shower and tub system installation experience required Plumbing experience preferred Shower door installation experience preferred Who We're Looking For Experienced bathroom installers BCI Acrylic installers Acrylic shower and tub system installers Tub-to-shower conversion installers Reliable crews or individual installers with proven experience Installers who take pride in clean, professional work Installers who can represent Bath Works well in customers' homes We are looking for experienced professionals only.
