Job Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee all flooring installation projects. Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise and train installation teams, providing guidance and support as needed. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer experience. Handle scheduling of projects and staff, including adjustments based on project needs. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues related to installation processes. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and order materials as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in flooring installation or a similar management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques. Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
