Job Description

Job Overview Garage Upgrade Pros is looking for a reliable, hardworking Assistant Epoxy Floor Installer to join our growing team. You'll work directly with the business owner to install high-performance concrete floor coatings in residential garages. No prior experience with epoxy, polyurea, or polyaspartic flooring is required—we'll train you on the job. This position starts part-time , with potential to grow into a full-time Lead Installer role based on performance, reliability, and project demand. If you enjoy working with your hands and want to build a specialized skill set with long-term opportunity, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and installing concrete floor coating systems on job sites. Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Safely operate hand and power tools. Follow instructions and learn techniques from the Lead Installer. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Help load and unload materials and equipment.
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license. Experience in general handy work, construction, or similar physical labor. Basic mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity is a plus. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a specialized trade. Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and performing physical tasks. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Schedule:
Jobs are typically scheduled Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work. Start time is usually 8:00 AM at the job location, or earlier to prepare material for the job site.
