We design, manufacture, and install premium custom EVA foam decking systems for boats throughout greater Charleston and the coastal regions of South Carolina. Our team handles every step of the process in-house—from digital boat scanning and CAD design to custom production and final installation. Our reputation is built on attention to detail, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Position Overview This is a full-time position that includes both shop work and on-site boat installations. Every project is custom, which means no two days are exactly the same. You will be trained in all aspects of our process, including: Boat scanning and measuring using digital equipment Computer-based design and layout work Manufacturing and cutting custom EVA foam decking Surface preparation and installation Customer interaction and project support Shop organization and daily operations

Compensation & Growth Opportunities Starting Pay:

$16-$20 per hour (based on experience) We offer a structured advancement program where employees receive pay increases as they complete training and become certified in additional areas of responsibility.
