floor technicians candidates. In this position, the Floor Technician will provide Floor Care Services for various types of floors and business settings.

Applicants must have an attention to detail, pride in your work, demonstrate the ability to do floor work in a timely manner, and possess the flexibility of being able to work with a team or as an individual. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner. PAY is based on your floor care experience. You will have to demonstrate your floor skills and proficiency that will be graded. This will be scheduled for all candidates.

Responsibilities / Expectations

Experienced Candidates:

Obtains needed equipment and supplies for assignments. Keep assigned work area in a clean and orderly condition. Maintains Safety standards at all times, including, but not limited to, wearing proper PPE. Perform various floor care duties as required. These may include sweeping, mopping, stripping & waxing floors, proficiency and knowledge in operating floor equipment, handling cleaning chemicals safely. Deliver all equipment cleaned up and ready for the next job.

Qualifications:

Verifiable Floor experience is required. PAY is determined by your verifiable floor care experience. Must show up for work on time and maintain dependability. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a working smartphone as our scheduling and time clock are used through an app on smart phones. Must have the ability to be flexible, work at a fast-pace, and be able to multi-task. Must have the ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, lifting, and climbing. Must be accepting of assignments with other duties as required by supervisor. Must contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort. Must adhere to company dress code, wear Clean Right Uniform when working.
