Responsibilities Assist with a variety of home repair and remodeling tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and fixture installation. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete projects on time and to high standards. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure precise execution of remodeling plans. Support construction management by following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks such as roofing, masonry, stucco application, concrete finishing, and heavy equipment operation. Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Assist with demolition, restoration work, hardscape installation, glass installation, and other specialty tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction or home remodeling projects; familiarity with construction site operations is preferred. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely. Experience with various trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry (frame, trim, door hanging), masonry, roofing, drywall finishing, tile laying, and flooring installation. Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. Certifications or experience in construction management or estimating is a plus but not required.
