Full-Time GarageExperts of Greater Austin is seeking an experienced epoxy floor installer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial concrete coatings and are looking for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, crack repair, patching, and moisture testing. Install epoxy, polyaspartic, and other resinous floor coating systems. Operate coating equipment, grinders, vacuums, and related tools safely and effectively. Maintain high-quality standards while meeting production schedules. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining company equipment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience installing epoxy, polyaspartic, or similar floor coating systems. Experience with concrete preparation and diamond grinding equipment. Ability to read and follow installation specifications. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GarageExperts, Penntek, Legacy Industrial, Elite Crete, or similar coating systems. Leadership experience managing crews.
