Installation Helper - Luxury Homes

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Installation Helper to join our team. This role is hands-on, assisting our lead installer with decorative metal projects in high-end residential settings. The right candidate will be reliable, eager to learn, and will take pride in their work. This position starts as an hourly helper role . With training and experience, you'll have the opportunity to advance to a lead installer, installing with your own helper and earning commission pay based on your installs. Duties Assist lead installer with handling, moving, and installing decorative metal products (•some heavy lifting required•) Safely load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and finished pieces in the company vehicle Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Skills Previous construction, installation, or handyman experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Detail-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor - our work is in high-end homes Valid drivers license

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
