The ideal candidate has experience using hand tools, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering quality work. About Us Dispenser Installation Specialists is a nationwide installation company specializing in the removal and replacement of commercial dispensers, including: Paper towel dispensers Soap dispensers Hand sanitizer dispensers Toilet paper dispensers Chemical dispensing systems Our installation crews typically consist of 2-5 team members, depending on project size. Installations are straightforward but require attention to detail and a commitment to quality. All necessary tools are provided by the company. Schedule Typical work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, though hours may vary depending on customer requirements. Average work week is approximately 40 hours. Overtime opportunities are frequently available. Weekend work is rare. Employees should have flexible availability, as schedules vary based on project needs. Travel Requirements Travel is an important part of this position and typically accounts for approximately 70% of the workload. Most travel assignments last 1-2 weeks. Employees are home nearly every weekend. Company-paid hotels and meals while traveling. Paid drive time, up to 8 hours per day. $100 bonus for any weekend spent out of town when not working. Company vehicles are provided for travel assignments. Reliable personal transportation is required for local projects. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $23-$24 per hour , based on experience Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities Lead Installer Training Program available for employees seeking career growth 10 paid company holidays annually Medical insurance available, with DIS paying 50% of the employee-only premium Dental and Vision coverage available after 90 days (employee-paid) One week of paid vacation after one year of service or upon promotion to Lead Installer Promotions are based on performance, not tenure Responsibilities Work closely with an Installation Supervisor during the 90-day training period Remove and install commercial dispensers Work independently and as part of a team Maintain a clean and safe work environment Operate and maintain hand and power tools Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow OSHA and industry safety standards Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for each project Qualifications Valid Driver's License (required) Reliable transportation for local jobs Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
