This role involves executing complex ceiling tile and grid systems, ensuring precise craftsmanship, and adhering to safety standards. As a key member of our installation team, you will bring expertise in construction techniques, blueprint reading, and restoration industry practices to every project. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in commercial and industrial ceiling installations. Duties Install suspended ceiling tiles, grid systems, and related fixtures with precision and efficiency across diverse locations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation aligned with project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely to complete ceiling installations, repairs, and restorations. Perform water damage restoration tasks related to ceiling systems, including water damage assessment and repair. Conduct floor care, tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation as needed for comprehensive project completion. Assist with construction estimating by assessing site conditions and material requirements for ceiling projects. Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry, painting, fixture installation, and remodeling teams to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, flooring installation, tile laying, and ceiling system installation at a Level 5 proficiency or higher. Strong background in construction site work with extensive blueprint reading skills and schematics interpretation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and safety protocols on active construction sites. Knowledge of restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and floor care techniques. Ability to perform caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinetry work, concrete finishing, remodeling projects, and construction painting as needed. Experience with schematics for fixture placement and schematic reading for complex ceiling systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a traveling capacity across multiple locations.
