Ticket Runner / Make Ready

We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician/ticket runner for our properties located in Houston, TX. Duties Ensure all work orders and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features as required to minimize liability concerns Assist with turnkey operations if needed Qualifications Must be able to diagnose problems with and repair the following: Major appliances Basic - Intermediate plumbing Basic - Intermediate electrical (when no license required) Sheet rock General carpentry Repair and install flooring and tile
