Tile Installation Specialist Job Description:

Cut, lay, and install new tile on active commercial construction projects Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate tile layout and alignment Prepare floors, walls, and surfaces for tile installation Operate manual and electric tile cutting equipment to complete precision cuts Install tile according to project specifications and quality standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas on active job sites Coordinate with project management and other trades to maintain workflow efficiency Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times Qualifications for

Tile Installation Specialist:

Previous experience installing commercial tile

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of tile layout, cutting, spacing, and installation methods Experience using manual tile cutters, wet saws, grinders, and leveling systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications preferred Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and in team environments Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and PPE Capable of working in physically demanding environments including bending, standing, climbing, kneeling, and twisting throughout the workday Additional Requirements for

Tile Installation Specialist:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Must wear required PPE including hard hat, safety vest/high-vis shirt, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and gloves Must have tile installation tools including manual tile cutter (snap cutter), electric tile saw/wet saw, angle grinder with diamond blade, tile nippers, diamond drill bits/hole saws, spirit level, tape measure, chalk line, square, notched trowel, tile leveling system, tile spacers, and rubber mallet
