What You'll Be Doing:
Install tile, flooring, and related materials with precision and attention to detail. Complete residential and commercial flooring projects efficiently while maintaining high craftsmanship standards. Prepare surfaces, measure spaces, and ensure proper installation techniques are followed. Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members on-site. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each project.What You Bring:
Flooring Installation Experience- Proven experience installing tile, flooring, or related materials. Strong Craftsmanship
- Pride in producing clean, detail-oriented work. Reliability & Work Ethic
- Ability to consistently show up, stay productive, and complete projects professionally. Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to adapt on-site and handle installation challenges when they arise. Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
