Job Description

Job Summary We're hiring a lead epoxy installer to run and manage flooring jobs from start to finish. This is a performance-based position — we do not pay hourly. Instead, you'll be paid a percentage of each completed job, with weekly payouts. Most jobs take 1-2 days, and strong installers can consistently earn $1,000+ per week depending on speed and quality. The faster and cleaner you work, the more you make — there is no cap on earnings. You'll be responsible for handling epoxy installations including prep, grinding, coating, flake broadcast, and top coats while maintaining a clean and professional job site. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs and run them independently. We handle scheduling, provide all materials, products, and equipment, and keep work lined up — your job is to show up and execute. Candidates must have prior epoxy flooring experience, be able to manage jobs without supervision, and have reliable transportation (truck preferred). This position is ideal for someone who is tired of hourly pay and wants to get paid based on production and performance. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate epoxy flooring installation teams, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete or other substrates to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings Mix, apply, and finish epoxy resins with precision using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, durable surfaces Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately Inspect work sites regularly for safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to project specifications Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, materials used, and any issues encountered during installation Requirements Proven experience in flooring installation with a focus on epoxy coatings; restoration industry experience is a plus Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site procedures Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, trowels, grinders, buffing machines, and other power tools Familiarity with tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and concrete finishing techniques Experience in water damage restoration or floor care enhances your ability to handle diverse project needs Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise installation planning Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to supervise teams effectively while maintaining safety standards Join our team as a Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer if you're passionate about delivering top-tier flooring solutions!
