Responsibilities:
Install tile, LVP, hardwood, laminate, and other flooring materials Measure and prepare surfaces for installation Cut and place tile with precision Apply grout, sealants, and finishing materials Remove old flooring when needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous flooring and/or tile installation experience required Ability to read measurements and work independently Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred:
Experience with commercial and residential projects Own tools are a plus Valid driver's license
