Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Renovation Technician to join our dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes through expert craftsmanship and innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of renovation projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and safety compliance to get homes ready for rentals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential projects, utilizing your technical skills and construction knowledge to make a lasting impact in the community. Duties Perform comprehensive renovation tasks including framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and trim carpentry to meet project specifications. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete construction and finishing work. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, glass panels, and hardware with precision. Collaborate with project managers to coordinate schedules, clarify project requirements, and ensure timely completion of renovations. Skills Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, roofing etc Expertise in fabricating custom components and performing precise fixture installation. Hands-on experience with various power tools including saws, drills, sanders, and tile cutters. Knowledge of restoration techniques such as plastering, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, and hardscape work. Excellent problem-solving skills.
