Flooring Installation Crew Lead Job Duties:
The Flooring Crew Lead oversees a team of flooring installers to ensure high-quality, timely, and safe installation of various flooring materials, including hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile, and carpet. This role is responsible for coordinating daily job activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, maintaining quality control, and providing leadership and direction to crew members.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional flooring installation experience and at least 1 year in a leadership or crew lead role. Proficient in installing one or more flooring types, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, or carpet. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and installation specifications. Proven ability to supervise, train, and coordinate a crew to complete projects on time and according to quality standards. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand or kneel for extended periods, and work in indoor and outdoor environments. Understanding of job site safety protocols and commitment to OSHA and company safety standards. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Work Location:
Projects located throughout Spokane, Washington, and surrounding areas, including Idaho.

$31.00 - $31.01 per hour
