In this hands-on role you'll help install a range of flooring materials in commercial settings. It's a great fit for someone with attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew. What you'll do: Operate a floor sander and various power and hand tools Measure and cut flooring materials to fit each space Prep subfloors — removing existing flooring, leveling, and cleaning Repair or replace damaged flooring as needed Apply stains, sealers, finishes, and grouts Handle material hauling, sweeping, and site cleanup Work with the crew to keep projects on schedule
