Golf Green & Artificial Grass Installer Premier Turf & Greens is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Golf Green & Artificial Grass Installer to join our installation team. If you enjoy working outdoors, building cool projects, and being part of a great team, this could be an awesome opportunity. Our work is hands-on, detailed, and rewarding. We build backyard putting greens, artificial grass lawns, pet turf areas, bocce courts, and custom outdoor spaces that customers are excited to use and show off. This is a great fit for someone who likes golf, enjoys being outside, takes pride in quality work, and wants to learn a specialized trade in the artificial turf industry. About the Position As part of the Premier Turf & Greens installation team, you'll help build premium synthetic turf and golf green projects from start to finish. Every project is a little different, which keeps the work interesting and gives our team a chance to create something unique.
Work may include:
Installing backyard putting greens, golf greens, artificial grass, pet turf, bocce courts, and landscape turf Preparing job sites for installation Grading, leveling, and compacting base materials Moving stone, turf, tools, and installation materials Cutting, fitting, seaming, stretching, and securing turf Installing cups, fringe turf, pet turf systems, infill, edging, and related materials Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional Working safely and efficiently with the crew Representing Premier Turf & Greens professionally on customer properties We're Looking for Someone Who Enjoys working outdoors and being part of a strong team Likes building cool, custom projects Has , hardscapes, grading, base prep, or artificial turf installation Is interested in golf, putting greens, artificial grass, or specialty outdoor spaces Takes pride in clean, detailed, high-quality work Can lift, carry, shovel, rake, cut, and work physically throughout the day Shows up on time and works well with others Can follow direction and communicate clearly Wants to learn, grow, and become great at a specialized trade English/Spanish communication skills are a big plus Wants a long-term opportunity with a growing company Artificial turf installation experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and experience working outdoors or with your hands, we can teach the details of our process. Winter Work Opportunities While our main outdoor installation season is busiest during the warmer months, we also have opportunities during the winter. During the harsh winter months, team members may have opportunities for compensated indoor installation work, shop work, project preparation, training, and snow removal. Winter work can vary depending on weather, project schedules, and customer needs, but our goal is to provide additional earning opportunities during the slower outdoor construction season. Snow removal work may be available during winter events and is compensated separately based on the work performed. Why Join Premier Turf & Greens? Helpful Experience Experience in any of the following areas is helpful: Artificial grass installation Putting green installation Landscape installation Hardscape or patio installation Grading and base preparation Skid steer or compact equipment operation Stone, gravel, edging, or drainage work Golf course maintenance Construction or general outdoor labor Pet turf, playground turf, or sports turf installation Snow removal experience during winter months You do not need experience in every area. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to become excellent at this type of work. Schedule This is an outdoor installation position with steady hours during the main construction season. Some longer days may be needed during busy periods depending on weather, project schedules, and customer deadlines. During winter, there may be compensated indoor installation opportunities, project prep work, training, shop work, and snow removal opportunities over the harshest winter months.
