Job Description
Overview FloorTECH is seeking an experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll install a wide range of flooring materials with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and durability. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in hands‑on work, detailed craftsmanship, and efficient project execution. We work in a fast‑paced professional & drug-free environment. Duties Measure, cut, and install laminate, vinyl/LVT, tile, and carpet with accuracy and attention to detail Mix and apply epoxy resins and related coating materials Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, grinding, and repairing as needed Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Perform demolition and remove existing flooring (carpet, tack strips, tile, etc.) Load and unload company vehicles with materials and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner Prior flooring installation experience Requirements Ability to read measurements, calculate square footage, and estimate materials Hands‑on experience using hand and/or power tools Familiarity with basic construction processes; blueprint reading a plus Understanding of floor care practices such as buffing and maintenance Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work kneeling or bending for extended periods High School Diploma or
