About Fizz Luxury Auto Spa Fizz Luxury Auto Spa is a premier ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tint shop based in Madison, AL. We've built a reputation for elite-level installs and have earned 245+ five-star Google reviews from customers across the Huntsville area. We're a fast-growing shop with a team that takes pride in quality work — and we're looking for a skilled tinter who shares that standard. The Role We're hiring an experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our team full-time. This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, produce clean installs consistently, and take ownership of their work. You'll primarily be handling window tint installations, with occasional opportunities to assist on PPF and ceramic coating jobs as the shop needs. What You'll Do Perform professional automotive window tint installations on a variety of vehicle types Maintain clean, precise, bubble-free results on every job Prep vehicles properly before each install Assist with PPF and ceramic coating jobs on an as-needed basis Communicate professionally with customers when needed Keep your workspace clean and organized Uphold Fizz's quality standards on every single vehicle What We're Looking For Proven hands-on experience installing automotive window tint — this is required, not preferred Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft Reliable, punctual, and a team player Experience with PPF or ceramic coatings is a plus but not required What We Offer $25-$40/hour (base pay + performance-based commission) Performance bonuses Paid time off Flexible scheduling Real growth opportunity — we're expanding and promote from within A clean, professional shop environment with a team that cares about doing things right
