In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of sleeper compartments within box trucks, ensuring all components are securely and professionally fitted. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on custom fabrication projects, utilizing a variety of construction skills to deliver high-quality results. Your expertise will directly contribute to the safe, functional, and comfortable transportation solutions our clients rely on daily. Duties Measure, cut, and assemble sleeper modules using hand tools and power tools, ensuring adherence to schematics and blueprints Install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and trim carpentry components within box trucks with precision and care Conduct construction inspections throughout the installation process to guarantee quality standards are met Operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for lifting or positioning large components Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation procedures Apply caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques to ensure durability and a polished appearance Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction site work, including blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to fabrication and installation tasks Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, drywall (plastering), flooring installation, tile laying, welding, and concrete finishing is highly desirable Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating processes is a plus Ability to perform detailed inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in fabrication and installation projects Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Join us in delivering top-tier sleeper installations that enhance the functionality of commercial vehicles!
