Job Description:
As a Senior Window Tint Installer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality window tinting services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for applying window tint on various types of vehicles and properties, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards. Your expertise will also be vital in training and mentoring junior installers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform window tint installation on vehicles and properties with precision and efficiency. Ensure all installations meet company and industry standards. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Train and mentor junior window tint installers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques. Manage inventory and ensure proper use of materials. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in window tint installation. Proficiency in installing various types of window tints on vehicles and properties. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
