Responsibilities Measure window openings accurately using blueprint reading and schematics to ensure precise installation. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install glass, frames, trim, and fixtures efficiently. Perform heavy lifting of window units and materials safely while adhering to safety protocols. Install doors, cabinets, metal stud framing, and perform remodeling tasks as needed on-site. Apply caulking, construction painting, and finishing techniques to ensure a polished look. Read blueprints and schematics to follow detailed installation instructions for various window types. Conduct quality checks on installed windows, ensuring proper fitment and sealing for energy efficiency. Experience Prior construction site experience with a focus on window or glass installation preferred. Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, and measuring devices. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and fabrication processes related to windows and fixtures. Experience with carpentry—including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, door hanging—and handyman skills. Familiarity with construction estimating and manufacturing processes related to window systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary. Background in remodeling projects involving metal stud framing, cabinetry installation, or construction painting is a plus. Pay:

$23.88 - $28.76 per hour
