Field-based (new residential construction sites) About the Role Are you hands-on, dependable, and enjoy working both independently and with a team? We're looking for a Window Service Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the final touch that ensures every home is move-in ready. You'll service, adjust, and repair Avanti windows and doors —making sure everything is installed correctly, looks great, and functions perfectly before homeowners move in. No two days are the same , and you'll play an important role in delivering a quality finished product homeowners can be proud of. What You'll Do Service, repair, and adjust windows & doors in newly built homes Perform final quality checks (no damage, defects, or broken glass) Install and apply proper flashing and techniques for vinyl windows and doors Learn and follow the Avanti Install Method (AIM) Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Maintain safety standards and follow company policies Use hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs Support your team and help ensure projects stay on track What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic 1-2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience (preferred) Construction or window/door experience is a plus (but not required—we train!) Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions Ability to lift 30-100 lbs and work from ladders (up to 20 ft) Basic math and attention to detail Ability to use tools (drills, nail guns, levels, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow

Driving Requirement:

Clean driving record (36-month MVR required) Must be able to drive a company vehicle

Tech Skills:
