Your Role:

- Perform attic work such as insulation removal and blow-in installations, as well as install radiant barriers. Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Crew Leader regarding upcoming projects.- Work effectively in a team environment within a growing company that services national clients.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in insulation removal and installation is highly preferred. Experience installing radiant barrier is a huge plus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to drive box trucks and dump trucks •if needed•. Strong communication skills, a high-performance attitude, self-motivation, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions. A forward-thinking mindset focused on growth and results.
