Requirements:
Experience with hand and power tools, including impact drivers and drills Knowledge of drilling techniques for masonry, steel, stucco, and other materials Ability to read a measuring tape and perform basic math calculations Ability to read and understand scaled design drawings Understanding of fasteners and installation methods Ability to use and read a multimeter Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate professionally with customers Valid driver's license and ability to drive with a trailer preferred Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Job Duties:
Install products and equipment at customer job sites Load, secure, and transport materials and equipment to project locations Drive company vehicles and trailers as required Communicate with customers throughout the installation process Perform installations safely and efficiently from start to finish Complete job-site safety checks and maintain safety standards Take photos, collect signatures, complete closeout documentation, and perform final inspections Maintain organization of installation trucks, tools, and returned materials Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, lifts, and equipment Turn in quality control documentation daily Assist with process improvements and operational recommendations Ensure job sites are cleaned and customer-ready upon completion More Than Just a Paycheck.
