Position Overview We are hiring for one Lead Installer / Shop Manager position and two Experienced Tint Installer positions. We are looking for skilled professionals who can deliver clean, consistent, high-quality installations and represent the company with professionalism. Open Roles Lead Installer / Shop Manager

• 1 Position  Lead tint installation work and support daily shop workflow.  Oversee installation quality, organization, and job completion standards.  Guide installers when needed and help maintain a clean, efficient shop environment.  Sign-on bonus: $1,500
• 2,500, based on experience and eligibility. Experienced Tint Installer
• 2 Positions  Perform professional automotive window tint installations on various vehicle types.  Cut, shrink, and install film with strong attention to detail and finish quality.  Work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment while maintaining professional standards.  Sign-on bonus: $500
• 1,000 for qualified candidates, based on experience and eligibility.

Requirements  Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive window tint installation experience.  Ability to cut, shrink, and install tint cleanly with minimal defects.  Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finish work.  Reliable, professional, and able to work in a shop environment.  Portfolio or photos of completed work are strongly preferred. Bonus Skills

• Highly Preferred  Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF).

 Experience with vinyl wrap installation.  Knowledge of different film types, brands, and application techniques.  Previous leadership or shop management experience for the Lead Installer / Shop Manager role. Responsibilities  Complete high-quality tint installations on customer vehicles.  Maintain a clean work area and properly handle tools, film, and materials.  Deliver clean finished work with no bubbles, peeling, or contamination.  Assist with PPF or wrap projects when required.  Follow company standards for quality, communication, and customer satisfaction.
